新桃园茶餐室Jalan Ipoh

 
烧卖,鱼卖,腐竹卷 Siew Mai,Yu Mai ,Foo Chok Roll[3/10] 
这里的点心不是很新鲜,非常失望
I'm very disappointment to their dim sum ,their dim sum no very fresh

叉烧包 Char Siew Bao[3/10] 
包的外皮普通,内陷味道也一般
Skin of char siew bao is just normal only, char siew filling inside the bao also normal taste only.  

 
瓦煲老鼠粉 Clay pot lao shu fen (Rat tail noodle/Silver needle noodle)[3/10]
芡汁和肉碎放太多,老鼠粉的份量很少,搞到好像在吃浆糊。
Sauce and minced meat inside are too many , only a little bit of noodle inside the clay pot, like ate the "Gum".    
 
干捞叉烧云吞面 Dry Char Siew Wantan Mee [4/10] 
面条不是很弹牙,叉烧也很普通,云吞内陷也不是很新鲜
noodle not tender, char siew are normal taste only,the wantan not fresh.
                                                          

结论/Conclusion:
个人是感到非常失望,这里的食物水准也不是很好。
I'm opinion is very disappointment about their food.

站在最左边柜台的就是老板啦,右手边的就是两位员工,一个在准备着拿食物,一个在拔薯仔菜叶。The manager is stand at left hand side and another two persons are waiters, one of them are prepare to food serving and the another one are prepare the vegetable call potato leaves, "shu zai chai"in mandarin or "shu zai coi" in cantonese.

招牌的辣椒板面(RM5.50)Featured Property Chili pan mee[8/10]
登!登!登!登!招牌辣椒板面,里面材料有炸小银鱼,炸小洋葱碎,炒过的肉碎,青葱碎,当然还有一颗半生熟的鸡蛋。This is their specialize chili pan mee, ingredient inside the pan mee our look have some fried anchovies, fried shallots or onion with , minced meat, some green onion flake and of course got a half boil poached egg.

                    随面的还有给一碗薯仔菜汤 
The potato leaves soup is served with a dish of chili pan mee 

              招牌辣椒 Featured hot chili flake [8/10]
它就是辣椒板面的灵魂所在咯,看个人吃辣的能力吧,能吃辣的加多点,不能吃辣的就浅尝就好了。请[]看如何吃辣椒板面吧。The chili flakes are soul of the pan mee, it given serving by yourself, if you can ate hot and spicy you can put until you feel satisfied, but you must started tried with half or 1 tbs to first try.Please[Click here] to see how to eat Chilli Pan Mee the way it should be.

结论/Conclusion:
辣椒板面不错吃,配板面用的辣椒与其他相同的辣椒板面的辣度,我想它排在第二也没人敢认第一,  但是辣椒放太多会让整碗面感到很咸,我比较喜欢加点板面专用的酸酸辣椒酱(店内有提供)配以招牌辣椒干。The chili pan mee was not bad la, the chili flakes were more hot and spicy between which shops also have sold chili pan mee. But i feel salted taste if put too more chili flake,I like put some sweet sour chili sauce are "popular ate with pan mee"(The shop has provided) and with their featured hot chili flake.
